Exchanges Policy

At TRIKUL, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer an exchange policy that provides you with opportunity to exchange your items under certain conditions. Please review the following guidelines for our exchange policy:


Eligibility for Exchange (Only domestic online order)

  1. Time Frame : Items must be exchanged within 7  days of receiving your order (7days from the time of successful delivery.)
  2. Condition of Items : We allow exchanges for a different size of the same design (product) as originally purchased. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase : A valid receipt or order number is required to process any exchanges.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us : To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email to info@trikulofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Exchange Request : Please provide the following details in your request:
  • Order number
  • Product (s) to be exchanged
  • The size you would like to receive in exchange
  • Your delivery details including name, address and phone number


Exchange Process

  1. Approval : Once we receive your exchange request, our customer support team will review the information and provide you with approval if the exchange is valid.
  2. Return Instructions : If your exchange is approved, we will send you return instructions, including how to send the item (s) back to us.
  3. Return Shipping : The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your items arrive safely.
  4. Exchange Fulfillment : Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item (s) to you within 7 days.


Non – Eligible Items for Exchange

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support via email to info@trikulofficial.com immediately. We will offer a replacement as soon as possible. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Noted : TRIKUL do not accept return, refund and exchange for international orders.
